Wellington Phoenix may have ended their losing run in the A-League, but they were unable to get back to winning ways on the back of a battling 1-1 draw with Adelaide United.
Perth Glory secured an impressive 2-2 draw on the road against in form Auckland FC as they extended their unbeaten run to two games.

Despite this positive, Phoenix will know they have to be far better as they look to end a difficult seven-game winless run that features three draws and four defeats.

Instead, I predict that Wellington will be fortunate to come away with a draw as their misfiring team extends their winless run.
Perth Glory Form
Perth Glory’s 2-2 draw with Auckland FC put on display what the side can achieve when things click for them, but the fact they sit in 10th on the ladder after 20 matches shows their good days have been few and far between.
On the road, Perth have lost four of their 10 outings, winning three times and drawing three matches. With their less-than-stellar home form in mind, Perth’s away run has been an important element of their season so far.
With three draws coming from their last four on the road and two consecutive draws heading into this one, I am backing Perth to secure a positive point on the road as they extend their unbeaten run to three games.
