Super Rugby Round 7 Betting Tips - The Hurricanes to stay at the top of the Super Rugby ladder

Latest betting odds and expert predictions for the seventh round of the Super Rugby season. 

The Hurricanes have been excellent this season, moving to the top of the ladder after winning four of their opening five. With the standings incredibly tight below them, the 'Canes know that they need to continue to win games, but they have a tough assignment ahead of them. Three consecutive wins heading into this one come alongside five successive wins at home across competitions. The Hurricanes look in great form right now, and I back the home side to win an 11th consecutive encounter with the Reds. 

The Reds bounced back from a crushing 36-12 loss to the Waratahs in their Super Rugby opener with four successive wins. This run of form has seen the side move up to fourth on the ladder with 18 points, two short of the Hurricanes at the summit. Victory in their sixth match of the season could send them move to the summit, but beating the 'Canes has proved tough. With this in mind, I predict a tough outing for the Reds as they are beaten by over 12 points. 

The Force have struggled for wins and points this season, with five matches culminating in one win, four defeats and just four points. Their 35-19 win over Moana Pasifika made way for defeats to the Highlanders (39-31) and the Hurricanes (31-23), with the Force losing by eight points in their last two matches. Having lost their last three home matches against the Chiefs, I predict another loss for the Force this weekend. 

The Chiefs have not been hugely consistent this season, but they will arrive for their sixth game of the campaign targeting a fourth win. The Chiefs have actually been fairly good on the road, winning two of their three outings. Victories over the Blues and the Highlanders away from home will give them confidence, while their eight-game winning run against the Force is something I back them to extend this weekend.
