Luciano Darderi has been in good touch at the Australian Open so far, with his run of three consecutive wins ensuring he has made his hard court record positive at 34 victories and 31 defeats.
Darderi's battle to the fourth round of the Australian Open constitutes his best run at the competition having been eliminated in qualifying in 2023 and 2024, before losing in the first round at 2025.
While Darderi has looked good in 2026 boasting four wins and one defeat. he is completely outmatched by Sinner. I predict a comfortable 3-0 loss for Darderi in this one as his Australian Open campaign is brought to an end.
